RESOLUTION NO. 18-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH ACCEPTING A DONATED PERGOLA AT TIDEVIEWS PRESERVE; APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEEED $1,500 FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PARKS ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A CONCRETE BASE FOR THE PERGOLA; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ANY CONTRACTS AS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS RESOLUTION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
