To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The
Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon

of neighborhoods. Fences that are in a state of neglect, damage or disrepair, shall be repaired , replaced
or removed.

earlier this afternoon as well. I can not begin to describe the frustration I am having regarding my Mom's
garage door. I have received a few outrageous quotes and do not want to pay so much money,then pay for
brand new garage door in several months. My contact has been slammed then got sick. My Mom and I were
both sick for three weeks over the Holidays and trying to get so much taken care of last minute.

Remodel on her house and garage door is always the last thing to be replaced. I need to rip out the ceiling and
pour new concrete in garage and continue to new drive way. What is the minimum I can do that will be most
cost-effective? I know painting the entire garage door and trim in front of house a light cream or taupe would
look much nicer,then completely replace with new door.
