(Short term rentals are not permitted in a residentially zoned district) CONCLUSIONS OF LAW THAT the Respondent is found in violation for the time in violation and now in compliance. ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida it is Ordered: THAT the Respondent is found in violation for the time in violation now in compliance. Respondent must cease all short term rentals and advertising of same for periods of less than ninety (90) days immediately. Failure to comply or future violations will result in a two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollar per day fine for the first day and two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars each day the violation continues. Seems there are some new guests. The license plate below is for a man that came in on 1/28. An additional guest came in on 1/30. Not sure if they know each other but are from different states can't get a shot of the other one because he backs in the driveway. I am not sure what is happening but the key holder is still attached to the front door which most likely means still short term rentals.
