Patio Setback: ABCC SPA text requires patios,terraces, and the like to be at least 5 feet from property lines.
The proposed patio appears to extend 5.4 feet beyond the rear 10 foot BRL, resulting in the patio being 4.6
feet from the rear property line. Please revise accordingly.

completely encircling the change with "clouding".The revision shall also be identified as to the sequence of revision by

and revision sequence number shall also be indicated in a conspicuous location in the title block for each sheet on which
a revision for that sequence occurs. For projects still in the initial review stage and permit pending, all sheets with
revisions shall be inserted into each set of drawings.The original sheets must be clearly marked "VOID" but are to be left
