Correction Comments:
Application is disapproved for the following issues:
1. This package contains incomplete revised plans to match as-built construction.
2. Unpermitted changes include different floor plan, new living space on second floor, new second
floor porch, new bath room, unvented attic space with spray foam insulation, and reconfigured doors
and windows. Two architectural pages (floor plans only) and one engineering page (foundation only)
were submitted. No other details were submitted.
-Please submit all plans and details,per FBC-B, Section 107.2.1, including but not limited to
the following:
a. Complete revised engineering indicating resistance to shear and uplift and as-built wall openings.
b. Revised site plan indicating all structures, setbacks, and dimensions, including new porch.
c. Revised building elevation drawings and wall section.
d. Revised energy sheets with actual, as-built condition, including air conditioned area and volume,
insulation (including spray foam ESR), attic ventilation, and Manuals J, S, and D.
3. Please submit all details for all other changes not yet discovered and not matching the approved
plans.
4. Mechanical,Electrical, and Plumbing permits must be revised.
