AGENDA ITEM: Hopkins Creek Basin Retention Pond Project

BACKGROUND: We solicited an advertisement for Request for Proposals (RFP) for
Professional Engineering Services for the City of Atlantic Beach
Hopkins Creek Basin Retention Pond Project, and on Apri19, 2003
we received three proposals. The three firms that submitted
proposals were Camp, Dresser & McKee, Edwards Engineering,
and Hartman and Associates.
After staff evaluation, the firms were rated in the following order:
1St -Camp, Dresser & McKee
2na -Edwards Engineering
3Ta -Hartman & Associates
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize staff to begin negotiations with the top-ranked firm,
Camp, Dresser & McKee, for engineering services for the Hopkins
Creek Basin Retention Pond Project.
