or unsanitary condition, which may be injurious to the health and well being of the community.
This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing all inoperable, unlicensed
vehicles and cease future storage of junk vehicle on the vacant lot and cleaning and removing all
junk/debris stored on the lot within five(5)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must
be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may
impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange
for an inspection to verify compliance.
