II, DISPOSITION' OF CONFISC,cI,TED Olt LOST PROPERTY, OF THE
ATLANTIC BEACH CODE Ok ORD~IANCFS, AND PROVIDING AlV
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTID BX THE CITX COMMXSSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITX OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTOON 1. Sections 15-1 . Sale of confiscated property, 1515_17. Sale of lost and frond
property, I5-19. Hours of sales, 1.5-20. Destnictxon, 25.21. Transfer of tmclaimed or confiscated
property for use by city or other govemznerrtal agency, and 15-22. Disposal of confiscated or lost
firearms, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its ftnal passage and
adoption.
