AN ORDINANCE t)F THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
REPEALING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CI3APTER 15, POLICE, ARTICLE II,
~.IISP®SITION OF CONFISCATED OR LOST PROPERTY, OF THE ATLANTIC.
BEACH CODE. OF ORDINANCES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE,DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE ®F
THE CITY GiF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Sections i5-16. Sale of confiscated property, 15-17,-Sale of lost and found
.property, i5-19. Hours of sales, 15-20. Destruction, 15-21. Transfer of unclaimed or confiscated
property for use by city or other governmental agency, and 15-22. Disposition of confiscated or
lost. firearms, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The City of Atlantic Beach. will-comply with. Florida .Statutes relative to
. the disposition of property.
SECTION 3. -This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage. and
adoption.
