To Whom It May Concern:
1. It is acceptable to use a Y2"threaded rod on either side of wood framed wall opening in
lieu of metal straps.
2. The header at the block opening may be supported on a 2x PT plate& attached w/(1)
HTS20 strap.
3. The header at the wood framed wall be supported on(2)jack studs and attached w/(1)
HTS20 strap.
The engineering changes to the subject project are structurally satisfactory. If you require any
