ALL POOL AND SPA HEATERS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A READILY ACCE SSIBLE ON-OFF SWITCH MOUNTED OUTSIDE THE HEATER TO ALLOW THE HEATER TO BE SHUT OFF WITHOU ADJUSTING THE THERMOSTAT SETTING AND TO ALLOW RESTARTING WITHOUT RE -LIGHTING THE PILOT LIGHT. CONTRACTOR SHOULD CONSIDER INSTALLATION OF GRAVEL BED WITH UNDERDRAIN P JMPING SYSTEM IN AREAS WHERE GROUNDWATER COULD RESULT IN UPLIFT PRESSURES THAT COULD FLC AT POOL OUT OF THE GROUND.. 11.
