As ~uch, this is a request that the City of Neptune Beach provide us with tra~c studies and related information produced in anticipation of the project, and mly that may be performed moving forward. ! i We are patticularly anxious about the development's potentiiai impact on traffic on Atlantic Boulevard and its mteries from the Neptune/ J1tlm1tic Beach city limits to Ocean Boulevm·d/First Street. Indeed, the impetus (or this formal request is that I was contacted by a representative of the develober and asked to weigh in on the possible necessity of a traffic light at Sylvan ~nd Atlantic if the development is approved. 1 Again, as I'm sure you can appreciate, we want to be sure tliat at1y traffic studies used are current. !
