We,the undersigned General Contractor and Eloctrician,understand and agree:
1.. "Early Power" is tittmely for our construction convcnic0cc, it is not required ¢y Codes and does not
substitute for Final iry tions or the CIO(C fieatc of UccupaneyT fiat must be issued be('ore oeeupa Zy,
and as such is at the d0rretion of the Building OiNeial.
2. The City of Atlantic Beach will make a special inspection prior to,the early power energizing. All rough
inspeCUoons must have prior Approval,including meter base connections.
3. Occupancy or use of' the new construction beforq it formal C/O eonstitut�c fiaudulcat use of the early
electric service. , Such action is expressly prohibited and penelized by The City of Atlantic Bouch
Ordinahccs. A violation of this Agreement shall result in a request for prompt removal of electric service
after a twenty-four hour notico.
4. "Early Power"release authority is die Electrician and/or the Contractor and must not occur before:
a. Equipment,devices and fixtures are installed(or blankad oft)safely.
b. Pant is complc(c with breakers and cover,and(labeling required at food inspection).
0. Serviec connection and groundin is complete.
d. The electric system hus safely pored through electrical check.

5. This fully completed form is to be submiucd to the Building Department by hand,mail or fax.
6. Future such Agreements will not be accepted from those who violate anyone of the above items.
