I was the Special Magistrate for Clay County from 2006 through 2012. I understand the City of Atlantic Beach had an
outstanding RFP for a Special Magistrate, but what I find online is that the deadline for submission of proposals was
8/30/2013.
Is the RFP closed, or has it been extended?
