Please confirm the actual size and location of the freezer as shown on a certified survey with ties and make consistent across all plans. 2. Adjacent Properties: Plans call for parking to cross property lines. Please show how the proposed plan will impact and fit within the existing development of the property to the east. Frontage Landscaping: There is existing landscape area around the base of the existing sign that is proposed to be filled in with pavers. The existing landscaping is nonconforming and the removal of this landscaping makes the property more nonconforming. Similarly, aerial photographs show an existing landscape area at the southwest corner of the property that is proposed to be filled in with pavers. Please revise the plans to preserve this existing landscaping. 10. Interior Landscaping: Section 24-177(c) requires landscaping inside the vehicle use area. The existing property is nonconforming, but the plans call for the existing interior landscaping next to the building to be filled in with pavers.
