Miscellaneous Business A. .Authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract with PQH Architects for an expansion to City Hall (City Manager) B. Approve Change Order No. 9 in the Core City Improvements Project in the amount of $40,595.30 (City Manager) C. Provide clarification on questions regazding the intent of Ordinance No. 5-03-42 that established terms and term limits of boazd and committee members (City Manager) D. Appointments to the Tree Conservation Board to fill two unexpired terms, one of which expires January 31, 2004, and the other expires January 31, 2005 (City Clerk) 9. City Manager 10. MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF ATLANTIC. BEACH CITY COMMISSION HELD AT 6:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, JULY 14, 2003. Present: John S. Meserve, Mayor Mike Borno, Commissioner Paul Parsons, Commissioner J. Dezmond Waters, III, Commissioner Richard Beaver, Mayor Pro Tem. Also: Jim Hanson, City Manager Alan Jensen, City Attorney George Foster, Human Resources Manager and Union Negotiator The Mayor called the meeting to order and explained that the meeting was being held for the purpose of discussing union negotiations and that, pursuant to Florida law, such discussions were not open to the public. The meeting convened to the. shade at 6:00 p.m Following the discussions the meeting convened to the sunshine at 7:15 p.m. There being no further business to come before the City Commission, on motion, second and „nanimous vote, the meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m JOHN S.
