The revision shall also be identified as to the sequence of revision by indicating a triangle with the revision sequence number within it and located adjacent to the cloud. The revision date and revision sequence number shall also be indicated in a conspicuous location in the title block for each sheet on which a revision for that sequence occurs. For projects still in the initial review stage and permit pending, all sheets with revisions shall be inserted into each set of drawings.The original sheets must be clearly marked "VOID" but are to be left within the set of drawings.
