Two members of the Tree Conservation Board have resigned.- David Owens has moved out of
the state and Tom Hill has found that he is unable to continue serving because of other
commitments.
I have attached an application from Frank Max Collinawho is interested in serving on the Tree
Board. This is the only application I have on hand at this time.
