Failure to obtain compliance results in certified enforcement letter. If compliance is not obtained, violation is presented to code enforcement board for order. •Failure to comply with code enforcement board order results in fine against the property. Fines range from up to $250 per day to $500 per day depending if violation is first offense or a repeat.
