Minutes
August 15, 2018
CaII to Order by Chair Lagner at 5: 30 pm.
Roll CaII was taken.
Members present included: Jennifer Lagner and Paula 0' Bannon. Woodie Winfree was excused
absence.
Courtesy of the Floor was extended to anyone present. There being no visitors in attendance,

Minutes to Approve The minutes from the August 2, 2018 were approved as read.
There were no visitors in attendance. A review of requested documents requested from the city,
with what was still pending. Ms. Lagner recounted her dicsussion with Shane Corbin, Director
Planning and Zoning, concerning the process for properties to follow regarding access to the
properties. Discussion ensued regarding the different topgaphies of each beach access,
specifically 10th street has three RG -M zoned properties. It was decided that each memer of the
committee would look at each access for verification. Ms. O' Bannon would review accesses from
Ahern to 7th Street; Ms. Lagner would review 8th Street through 15th Street, and Ms. Winfree would
review 16th Street through 20th Street.
With no additional business, the meeting was adjourned at 6: 35PM.
