This particular "Quercus Virginiatia" has rot and decay specifically at the base of the root collar and main trunk. It is recommended for removal due to its potential hazard for falling on the children's playset and possibly injuring a child at play. It is also recommended for removal due to its irregular shape, poor taper and weight distribution. Adam R.
