Shane, I met with Brooke the owner of Peterbrooke this morning. She has agreed to remove the"flasher" in the open
sign, paint over name on 2 planters, remove all butterflies,flowers, grass skirting on window. She has asked for an
extension on the window signs and ice cream cones and was asked to send me an email to request the extension in
writing. They are in negotiations with the new owner on lease renewal. FYI, Debbie
