This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing camper within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. We spoke on Friday, 27 July, the day I received subject notice regarding my trailer too close to the front property line. I have moved the trailer over the weekend further back into the lot and the box is now 17 feet from the front property line; in excess of the 15 foot code requirement. I have a recent survey completed and the spike is still evident at the south end of the lot near the sewer manhole so compliance should be fairly simple to verify.
