FYI,Today I cited the gentlemen who opened a car wash in front of your service station for a zoning violation. A copy of
the applicable ordinance was given to them. There were told to cease business immediately.
In addition,there are NO business tax receipts applied for or approved at this location.

We received a complaint about a make shift car wash that was being set up at the recently reopened gas station at 1480
Mayport Road. It sounded like a guy with some umbrellas and hoses worki : • • •-.
This is a clear violation of Section 24-165(m)of the recently passed ordina ce 90-18-233,wh h specifically prohibits car
washes on the same property as gas stations.
