violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Occupancy of Recreational Vehicles-Sec.24-163. -Storage and parking of commercial vehicles and
recreational vehicles and equipment and repair of vehicles in residential zoning districts.
(b)Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be subject to the following provisions:
(3)Recreational vehicles,travel trailers or motor homes shall not be inhabited or occupied,either temporarily
or permanently, while parked or stored in any area except in a trailer park designated for such use as
authorized within this chapter.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five(5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE:cease any occupancy of the
camper stored in your yard
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for

We recently had a call for service at 361 Royal Palms Dr. While we were there,we noticed a travel trailer was parked on
the property.Sergeant Jevic and I questioned about the travel trailer and the homeowner stated a friend was staying in
