After pest elimination, proper precautions shall be taken to eliminate rodent harborage and prevent re-infestation. IPMC 302.1 Sanitation. All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The occupant shall keep that part of the exterior property which such occupant occupies or controls in a clean and sanitary condition. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing all lawn/storm debris, fallen trees, mowing and cleaning entire premises in front and rear yard within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
