ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida it is Ordered: THAT the Respondent is found violation for non-compliance and must obtain compliance within thirty (30) days or on or before April 12,2018. Failure to comply will result in fines of one hundred($100.00) dollars per day for the first day and one hundred ($100.00) for every day thereafter while the violation continues to exist.
