The dosage amount shall be 0.75 to 1.5 pounds per cubic yard in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. 9. Slabs on grade shall bear on structural fill which shall be clean sand free of debris and other deleterious material. Structural fill shall be compacted to a density of at least 95% of the Modified Proctor Maximum Dry Density (ASTM D1557). Termite protection shall be provided in accordance with applicable code requirements. If soil treatment is used, the treatment shall be done after all excavation, backfilling, and compaction is completed. 10. Footings may bear upon undisturbed soil or upon structural fill.
