violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Accessory Structures-IPMC Sec. 302.7 Accessory structures.All accessory structures, including detached
garages,fences and walls,shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN ten (10) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Please remove or repair the
shed in the rear yard. The roof appears to be collasping and the roofing material is not properly affixed so
that it does not become a wind-borne hazard.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
