(1) The construction being done in the backyard of 564 Aquatic Drive. Is a permit required and is the modification to code? The couple hired to do this work are not a licensed landscaping company. The concern is � L/ flooding problems due to the backyard plans are to put concrete pavers SCP� in over 80+ percent of the yard. This is a four plex town home. Last time checked Atlantic Beach had an ordinance not to cover over 50% of the C oj\ earth on a lot which included the home and driveway. (Flooding due to Z� �v lack of drainage onto an adjacent property already saturated) (2) A vintage green Chevy being stored in the driveway of 495 Aquatic Drive. The vehicle is currently not road worthy and currently does not have a license plate on it. It has been on the property 4 + months. It e 91 Z�e may or may not be covered. All the owners are doing is to occasionally uncover it in able to show it to someone. All that is heard is t Gunning of the engine for the people looking at it. (3) 660 Aquatic Drive has been empty for over a year. Recently purchased on 3/2/2018. A s'Iver-tehvy with now an expired tag (1/18) and boat and trailer both witexpired tags have been on the property since the home went vacant.
