violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Motor Vehicle-IPMC Sec. 302.8 Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or
kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or
in the process or being stripped or dismantled".
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN ten (10) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: make operable and move or
remove the inoperable blue Chevrolet truck stored in your driveway.
