The Kurtis Group has been producing the newsletter since September 2002 and it has been well received in the community. They have given excellent service and are willing to continue producing the newsletter at the price submitted under RFP No. 0102-2. The newsletter is published quarterly and is mailed to approximately 6000 homes. The advertising is limited to fifty percent (50%) of the newsletter. Interested parties should submit their qualifications and/or resumes, a synopsis of how such a service could be provided, and any appropriate financial information concerning rates to be chazged for advertising, etc. The proposal should also include a statement of prior experience related to similar newsletter work, references from recent clients, and samples of work. Proposals will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233, unti15:00 PM, Friday, November 30, 2001.
