violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Recreational vehicles-Sec. 24-163. (b)Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be
subject to the following provisions:(3) Recreational vehicles, travel trailers or motor homes shall not be
inhabited or occupied, either temporarily or permanently while parked or stored in any area except in a trailer
park designated for such use as authorized within this chapter.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Please secure the RV and cease
any habitation within the vehicle.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
