Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in
violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Heavy Vehicle Store (fyd)-Sec. 24-163. (b)Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall
be subject to thefollowing provisions: (2)Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers or other type of trailer
shall not be parked or stored closer than fifteen (15)feetfrom thefront lot line and shall be parked in a manner
that is generally perpendicular to thefront property line such that length is not aligned in a manner that
extends across the front of the lot it being the intent that recreational vehicles, boats and trailers that are
parkedforward of the residence and should not excessively dominate thefront of the lot.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: remove trailr stored in front yard
second violation this year previous case#18-192. Cease future storage of trailers.in your front yard.

result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
