Minutes
September 6, 2018
Call to Order: by Chair Jennifer Lagner at 5:00p.m.
Roll Call: All subcommittee members were present -Jennifer Lagner, Woody Winfree & Paula O'Bannon.
Courtesy of the Floor: No citizens were in attendance.
Minutes to Approve: No minutes were available for approval at this time.
Review and Discussion:
Discussion ensued on the organization (and manner) of how to present our 10th Street information to
the full Parking & Pedestrian Safety Advisory Resource Committee.
*We decided that Jennifer Lagner would compile our information into a Power Point Presentation.
The "Presentation" would include data that we felt was important, ie; pedestrian and car safety, the
people who live in the area, handicap inclusion and historical concerns.
For next meeting agenda, we will look over our Draft proposal and tweak it. Then we will proceed to
present it to the other committee members and city officials.
Adjournment: There was no other business. The meeting was adjourned at 6:00p.m.
