October 18, 2018
Call to Order: by Chair Lagner at 6:12p.m.
Roll Call: All subcommittee members were present -Jennifer Lagner, Woody Winfree & Paula O'Bannon
Courtesy of the Floor: No citizens were in attendance.
Minutes to Approve: No minutes were available for approval at this time.
Review and Discussion:
Discussion ensued on the power -point Draft presentation for 10th Street.
Chair Lagner handed out completed packets of our research/recommendations for 10th Street.
The subcommittee discussed the 22 -page presentation & made additions & corrections for each
section. 1. Agenda 2. Historical Concern 3. 10th Street Topography 4. Safety Issues 5. Considerations
6. Recommendations 7. Impacts/Solutions.
The subcommittee agreed to present the "revised" packet of research & recommendations to the
Parking & Pedestrian Safety Advisory Resource Committee at an upcoming meeting.
We also discussed possibly presenting our "packet" at a City Workshop, if the Mayor &/or City Manager
held a workshop on this issue.
Adjournment: There was no other business. The meeting was adjourned at 6:53p.m.
