SUBJECT: Follow-up Report
Citv Hall Expansion Cost Estimates; At the last commission meeting, an interest was.
expressed in obtaining the estimated cost for constructing the new City Hall addition so that a
second story could be added at a later date. The City's architect, Jose Perez, was at the meeting
and pointed out that some additional azchitectural services would be needed to come up with an
estimated construction cost. He has now estimated that the cost to Atlantic Beach for the
additional azchitectural services would be $5,000. If the City Commission would like to obtain
an estimate of the additional cost for construction, then it will cost $5,000 in azchitectural
services to obtain this estimate.
