which are merely indications of the nature and type of acts, occurrences and conditions, and shall not be
deemed to be exclusive. (7) For any person, either as the owner or occupant of a building,structure, or
property to utilize the premises for the open storage of any abandoned or inoperable motor vehicle,
refrigerators or other appliance, household furniture, glass, building material, building rubbish or similar items.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Please remove or repair the red
Dodge Dakota with flat tires that is parked in the right-of-way in front of your home..
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
