Dear Dustin,
During installation of the duct work in the above referenced structure, several holes were drilled into the new i-joists. To
remedy, re-route the duct work and repair the i-joists by installing a 16"x36" piece of'/2" plywood on each face of the i-joist,
centered on the hole. Fasten the plywood to the joist top and bottom chords with 10d nails at 6" on center. Nothing further is
required.
