I have been working with Debbi Sumner, who lives at 1890 Beach and she has reported her concerns about rodents to Animal Control and has been told to hire a critter removal company to the tune of$350. Debbi has also called Code Enforcement to report the leaking roof, crumbling walls, peeling siding, and other issues only to be told she has to cite the specific code violations in order for the City to take action. Admittedly neither of us knows the Code well enough to do that accurately. Debbi's phone number is 770-827-9705 if you would like to hear her side of this. What would you recommend we do to encourage Lisa Pelkey to repair her property back to AB Code levels?
