On December 26, 2018 at the request of JA Long Builders, I personally made inspection
of a double trunk Hickory tree located at 38012th st, Atlantic Beach, Fl., for the purpose o tthe

from a shared root zone. One trunk is approximately 28'T DB -H and the other approximately 24"
DBH. The overall height is approximately 50'.
The tree is located on the northwest portion of the property in close proximity,to the
property line within about 25' of a neighboring home. As I observed, both trunks have a
significant leaning from vertical, with one within striking distance of the neighboring home. The

the crown growth of the Magnolia.
Overall, the tree is in decline. The crown is thinning and several large branches have
fallen, notably within the past 30 days on a previous inspection. Evidence of included bark in
the upper 2/3 of the crown exist and poses a danger for future branch failure.
In summary, it is my opinion that this tree poses significant risk of further failure
