#142, 146, 152 Sandy Beach Lane, COAB (Blk. # 1, Lots # 10, 9, 8) Beaches Habitat
will not be installing a fire sprinkler in this structure. In addition, according to our HOA
agreement we will be installing an irrigation system for the common areas.
