Dear Mr. Hubsch: This letter follows up on a previous request made for application of section 24-189 of the COAB Code to a proposed conveyance of lands, where you issued such confirmation back in December of 2014, and I now have a similar request for same owners to address some changes on the ground desired which are still within the code's provisions. For your reference, attached to this letter please find two (2) certified surveys representing post- conveyance status of both Lot 69 and Lot 70 within the Oceanwalk subdivision, being commonly addressed as 136 Oceanforest Drive North and 2343 Beachcomber Trail respectively. A copy of the Plat of Oceanwalk Unit One is also attached for your reference.
