Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in
violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Roofs and Drainage-IPMC 304.7 Roofs and drainage. The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight and not have
defects that admit rain. Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness or deterioration in the walls or
interior portion of the structure. Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in good repair and
free from obstructions. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance.
2. Exterior Walls-IPMC Sec. 304.6 Exterior walls. All exterior walls shall be free from holes, breaks, and loose or
rotting materials;and maintained weatherproof and properly surface coated where required to prevent
deterioration.
3. Window,skylight,door frames-IMPC Sec. 304.13 Window,skylight and door frames. Every window,skylight,
door and frame shall be kept in sound condition, good repair and weather tight.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN thirty(30) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Repair or replace rotting
and/or missing siding, repair fascia and soffit, replace missing shingles.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for

soffit, secure garage door within thirty (30)days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The
Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon
completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
