violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Heavy Vehicle(Too Many)-Sec. 24-163. Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be
subject to the following provisions:(b) Recreational Vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be
subject to the following provisions:(1) Not more than one(1)recreational vehicles, boat or boat trailer, or
other type of trailer shall be stored or parked on any residential lot which is 5000 square feet lot area or less.
Minimum lot area of 10.000 square feet is required for storage or parking of any second recreational vehicle,
boat or boat trailer or other type trailer.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE:Two boats were present on the
property. Only one boat is permitted on the lot.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
