A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH ACCEPTING
HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM CONTRACT 9H0050 FOR
THE WIND RETROFIT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City desires to accept contract HMGP Wind Retrofit Project (#H0050) in
the amount of $23,820; and
WHEREAS, the current year (FY -2019) budget includes 25% matching funds in the Police
Administration, Building account 001-2001-521-62-00.
WHEREAS, the current year (FY -2019) budget will increase general fund revenues
$23,820 and increase general fund expenditures $17,865.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Commission approves the above referenced Contract #H0050 Wind
Retrofit Project.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
