A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AWARDING RFP 18-01 FOR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING
SOFTWARE.
WHEREAS, on May 16, 2018, three proposals were received and opened for City RFP
18-01 for Enterprise Resource Planning Software; and
WHEREAS, the proposals were evaluated and ranked by the Deputy City Manager,
Director of Finance, and the Procurement Manager; and
WHEREAS, the ranking criteria, as presented in RFP 18-01, was as follows:
• Method of Approach (30%)
• Experience and Qualifications (20%)
• References (20%)
• Price (30%)
WHEREAS, the Contract is for implementation costs and has separate maintenance costs
annually; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby awards RFP 18-01 for Enterprise Resource
Planning Software; and
SECTION 2. The City Commission hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
contracts with Edmunds and Associates;
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
