Chair Tari called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.

18th Street Recommendation
MOTION: To accept the Recommendation of the Subcommittee
Motion: Dale Wappes
Second: Michael Tari
Discussion ensued regarding the new recommendation. The 18th Street Subcommittee stated
the changes that were made from the prior recommendation and explained the seven (7) points
they addressed in response to the specific concerns of the Commission.
All questions were answered.

Motion passed 4 to 1.
Co -Chair Lagner left the meeting at 8:32 a.m.
Woody Winfree addressed the committee, stating her reasons for voting against the
recommendation. She commended the subcommittee for their hard work.
