I want to tell you of a wonderful opportunity for the City Of Atlantic Beach and the
Fletcher High School Baseball team. As you know, the Duncan Fletcher High School
Baseball field has Booster signs that are placed inside the outfield fence. The supporting
fans and the young adults that frequent the facility are provided with a visual reminder of
those organizations who support their Great American Past time. The City of Jacksonville
Beach has also elected to support the school in this same way this yeaz. The support for
the first year is $300.00 which covers the manufacturing costs, the first years support and
maintenance. The annual renewal fee is $100.00. I have included an application for a
sign to be used as you may deem necessary. If you have any questions regarding this

C O N T R A C T
The parties to this conLLtract are FLETCH/ER BASEBALL BOOSTERS

In exchange for good and valuable consideration, the parties
hereto agree as follows:
1. A sign of dimensions 4 feet by 8 feet will be
constructed to mutually agreeable specifications.
2. This sign will be hung on the outfield fence at the
.Fletcher High School baseball field during seasonal

option to renew this agreement in successive years for
