RESOLUTION No. 02-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, SCHEDULING THE
TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL TO LEVY A SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT FOR WATER LINES, STORM WATER IMPROVEMENTS, STREET
LIGHT INSTALLATION, TREE REMOVAL AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN SELVA
MARINA UNITS 10, 10.A, 10.8, 10.C, 11, 12, 12-A, 12-B, AND 12-C REPEAT, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has installed water lines, constructed storm water
improvements and street improvements to serve the property owners in Selva Marina Units 10,
10.A, 10.6, 10-C, 11, 12, 12-A, 12-B, and 12-C Replan and
WHEREAS, on May 14, 2001, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 01-09 declaring a
special assessment on said project; and
WHEREAS,. following written notification to all affected property owners, a public hearing was
held in Adandc Beach Elementary School on June 4, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section L The City Commission does hereby set a public hearing for the public to be heard at 7:15
p.m. on 2002, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 800 Seminole Road,
Atlantic Beach. At such meeting the owners of the property to be assessed or any other persons
.interested therein, may appear before the City Commission and be heard as to the propriety and
advisability of making such improvements, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefore,
and as to the amount therefore to be assessed against each property so improved.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
